Cancellation policy

At West Valley Guitars, we offer completed instruments available for immediate dispatch, as well as the option to commission bespoke custom orders.

In-Stock Instruments These are completed guitars currently in our inventory ("Free Stock"). Full payment is required at checkout to secure the instrument for immediate dispatch.

Custom Orders & Commissions These are instruments built to your specific requirements and specifications.

• Deposit: To secure a build slot and cover initial materials, a 50% deposit is required at the time of ordering. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the instrument, prior to shipping.

• Build Time: Build times are currently 8 to 12 weeks.

• Non-Returnable: Because these instruments are individually crafted to your bespoke specifications, custom orders are non-returnable.

Pre-Orders (In-Production) Occasionally, we may offer pre-orders for standard models that are currently on the workbench but not yet finished. We will provide an estimated completion date at the time of order, though this is subject to change based on the build process.
